1.FREE SHIPPING

For all orders for Standard Ground Delivery Service and are only valid for shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Excluding APO/FPO/ Alaska/Hawaii and US Protectorates .

2. HANDLING AND DELIVERY TIME

Handling time: Orders are shipped within 1 day (Mon-Fri) 

Transit time: 2-5 days(Mon-Fri) for delivery

3.SHIPPING METHOD

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in California. We work with reputable shipping carrier UPS to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package.

All our order prices include state taxes, and customers do not need to bear additional taxes.

4. ORDER TRACKING

We will update you with the tracking number for every order that is placed with a valid email address.  If you have not provided an email address, you can contact us for tracking information.  Tracking information is also available by logging into your account (if with the same email address used to place your order).

You can check the tracking history of your orders via the official site of ups with the tracking number and carrier information. 

5. DELAYS AND ISSUES

-If your order cannot be delivered to the address you provided in your shipping information, it will be returned to our warehouse. In that case, you will be refunded for the order, but please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

-If the tracking status of your order does not update for a long time, please contact us in time.We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Products are priced with tax  and customers are no need to pay tax
