At Whootour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for customers, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We cannot accept returns for items requested beyond the 30-day period after delivery. It is important to initiate your return within the specified 30-day time frame to be eligible for a return.

Return&Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Item Not In Original Condition.
  • Product has been painted, installed or attempted to be installed.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at   support@whootour.com to request a return.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return&Exchanges Shipping Costs

  •  Returns and Exchanges Caused by Merchant's Liability: If we send the wrong product or the product has quality issues (such as being damaged upon arrival), you don't need to worry about the freight cost. We will fully bear the cost of returning the product. You just need to follow our return and exchange process and send the product back to the designated address. After we receive the returned product, we will process it as soon as possible. We will either reissue the correct and intact product or handle the refund to ensure a worry - free shopping experience for you.
  • Returns and Exchanges Caused by Customer's Reasons: If you need to return the product because you bought the wrong item or you don't like the received product, in this case, the return freight will be borne by the customer. However, please rest assured that we will provide a clear return address and necessary guidance to help you complete the return process smoothly. After we receive the returned product and confirm that the product is undamaged and does not affect resale, we will handle the refund according to the original payment method, allowing you to handle the unwanted products with peace of mind.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fee on returned items.

6. Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

 7.  Refund 

Once the return inspection is complete and the refund is approved, we will process the refund within 1 business day. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, it may take 3- 10 business days for the funds to appear back in the customer's account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.  We will send an email notification to the customer once the refund has been processed, confirming the amount and the expected time for the funds to be available.
